The Great Room

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at our Winery! We are a small, family-owned tasting room located at the Rodeo Marina in Rodeo, CA.

Our event room holds up to 50 guests and we have both indoor and outdoor locations, depending on the size of your event and what you are looking for.

Available space includes our event room and back patio. and our lawn with stage. We do have a small kitchenette that can be utilized depending on availability. We (of course) provide the wine! Live music is and alcohol and beer are allowed however, you must use Four Fools Winery wine.

We are happy to discuss options for planning the perfect event for you! The rental fee and minimum spend are based on the size of your group.

Great Room Pricing

FEES

BOOKING FEE & DEPOSITS: A non-refundable booking fee of $60 as well as a damage and cleaning deposit of $200 is required to secure your event. The “Rental Agreement” must be signed and delivered to Four Fools Winery and the booking and deposit fee paid to guarantee the Great Room reservation.

RENTAL FEE: The Great Room rental fee is $120.00 per hour for any time spent in the space. This includes set up and clean up time. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the event.

ALCOHOL: No outside wine, champagne, or prosecco, etc. is allowed.

CASE PURCHASE DISCOUNT: If you purchase a case of wine for your event, you will receive a case discount of 20% plus an hour for free. (Cases can be purchased for price at present time when purchase is completed plus applicable taxes.) You must make us aware ahead of your event if you intend to purchase one or more cases.

CLEAN UP: Clean up MUST be started at least a half hour before the end of the specified wrap time so the event is cleaned up and the space vacated by the hour listed. You are required to leave the space as clean as you received it or your deposit will be forfeited and depending on damage you may be charged additional fees. Please note: Music MUST be off by 10:00 pm & the space must be vacated by 11:00 pm
